Uthra Khadi Sakar is rock sugar in crystalline pieces, also known as mishri or candy sugar. This 375g pack is a useful cupboard ingredient for sweetening drinks and preparing traditional Indian sweets.
Dissolve a little in warm tea or milk, add to dessert recipes, or serve alongside fennel seeds. Adjust the quantity to suit your recipe and preferred sweetness. Larger crystals can take longer to dissolve than granulated sugar.
