Canceling your Order
In case a situation arises where you want to cancel your order with us, you may do the same using our website or by contacting us.
Our cancellations timings and charges are as below:

Please note: Due to the nature of our quick commerce model, we understand that changes may be needed at the last minute. Therefore, we offer the convenience of using WhatsApp for any cancellations to your order. Simply reach out to us on WhatsApp at <new number>, and our team will assist you promptly to accommodate your needs.
Once you cancel your order, we will refund the final amount (order amount - any applicable charges) to the source account within the next 3 working days from the date of cancellation. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you need to amend your order or delivery time, you will need to cancel your current order and place a fresh order with us.
Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return any items of purchase that you have made using our website, we will be happy to process the returns and offer refunds subjected to following conditions:
Return requests should be made within 24 hrs of delivery
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices
Products do not undergo any wear and tear, any damage in packaging and are in fully intact new conditions
Once a return request has been raised, we will schedule a return pickup within 2-3 working days. The return pickup is charged at 3.99. After careful inspection and once we determine the returned products are fulfilling the above mentioned conditions, we will process the final amount (order amount - any applicable charges), after 7-10 working days after the return pickup.
Please note: Chilled, Perishables and Frozen products are not applicable for returns.
