Delivery Timings:
The delivery time will depend on the time when the order is placed. On the day of delivery you will receive an order fulfillment email.

Accepting & Delivering your Order:
Once you place an order, We will assign an order number to your order and the order details will be shared with you on the contact information that is shared with us.
Once we receive your order, we will attempt delivery at the address you provide to us when you place your order. Delivery slots will be defined as per the time at which the order is placed (see above).
In the event of a failed delivery which is caused by you and the order is not cancelled (Cancellation Policy), you will be charged the delivery fee (for free delivery orders, £2.99). Reasons you might cause a delivery to fail include (but are not limited to):
You fail to collect your order without proper communication (prior cancellation and/or non-availability)
You are not accessible on the contact information provided to us while placing the order
You failed to provide access within a reasonable amount of time
Deliveries may be delayed under some circumstances which are beyond our control (this could be due to problems with weather, traffic or an accident, for example). We will taking steps to minimize the effect of any delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
Damages & Issues:
Once you receive your order, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If we delivered the wrong product because of human error, we woul either collect and replace with correct one or an alternative approved by the customer or refund if the product is not available.
If the product delivered is as per order but you still wish to return, you will have to ship it to us at your cost and we could take back with in 3 days of delivery if its packed, unused and sellable condition. It is not applicable for frozen/chilled items or veggies due to safety reasons.
