A mint and coriander concentrate with tamarind, green chilli and chaat spices. Use it to prepare the spiced water for pani puri, following the dilution directions on the jar.
Fresh mint leaves (27%), coriander paste (20%), green chilli, tamarind, salt, sugar syrup, black salt, lemon juice, cumin, black pepper, acidity regulators (acetic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid), preservative (sodium benzoate), colours (tartrazine, brilliant blue).
Packed in a factory that handles soya, sesame seeds, gluten and nuts.
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
