A ready-to-use ginger paste for curries, marinades and stir-fries. Add during cooking for aromatic flavour without peeling and chopping.

Fresh ginger, water, salt, soyabean oil, acetic acid (E260), citric acid (E330), potassium metabisulphite (E224), potassium sorbate (E202), thickener (xanthan gum E415).
