Natco Tamarind & Date Sauce - 340g

A sweet and tangy tamarind and date sauce with jaggery, cumin and chilli. Drizzle over chaat or use as a dipping sauce for samosas and pakoras.

Ingredients

Water, sugar (12%), jaggery (11.5%), tamarind (9%), date (9%), cumin powder (2%), salt, corn starch (1.5%), chilli powder (0.6%), ginger powder (0.4%), colour (caramel), acidity regulators (acetic acid 0.3%, citric acid), garlic paste, ginger paste, stabiliser (xanthan gum 0.2%), preservative (sodium benzoate 0.07%).

May contain traces of soya, cereals, nuts, sesame and milk products.

Storage and use

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 6 months.
