A convenient ginger paste for adding warmth and aroma to curries, dals and stir-fries. Use it during cooking in place of preparing fresh ginger.
Ginger, salt, sunflower oil, acid (citric acid), xanthan gum, sodium metabisulphite.
Contains sulphites. May contain traces of peanuts, other nuts, sesame, cereals containing gluten, milk, celery, soya and mustard.
Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 6 weeks.
